Where Do You Rank as a Power Broker?

Notice: It is time to submit your information to RISMedia if you want to be included in the Power Broker Survey. Submission deadline is February 22, 2022.

For more than 34 years, John Featherston and the team at RISMedia have been compiling the preeminent ranking by residential sales volume and transactions. To participate in the survey, brokers are required to have completed a minimum of $75 million in sales volume and 250 transactions in 2021.

Most successful brokerages are not ego driven, so it's understandable if you do not get too worked up by this. However, being on the list provides a great opportunity to celebrate the success of your management team and your agents who serve your clients. Where you rank nationally is an interesting barometer, but not as interesting as how you rank locally.

Once the results are in, be sure to issue a press release to your local media and post your ranking to your social media and on your website. In many cases, your ranking will translate to being number one or number two in your local markets.

There is no cost to participate in the survey.
