Old Colony, REALTORS Chooses Adwerx Enterprise Automated Listing Advertising Program to Power Local Listing Ads

September 02 2018

Advertisements showcase newly listed properties to consumers on popular websites

DURHAM N.C. — Old Colony, REALTORS®, West Virginia's premier real estate company, announces that it is adopting the Automated Listing Advertising Program from Adwerx Enterprise to deliver local listing ads. These ads automatically incorporate the photos and details for newly listed homes and combine them with agent contact information and brokerage branding to provide a comprehensive and effective campaign.

Adwerx developed the Automated Listing Advertising Program to give brokerages an advertising solution that suits the needs of busy agents. Ads run during the first week of a new listing when interest is at a peak and run on websites, mobile apps, and social media sites that consumers visit most. Agents receive complete reporting on where an ad has run so they can share up-to-date feedback with their clients.

"As our business has evolved, our marketing and advertising strategy has too," said Tommy Dunbar, Executive Vice President, Old Colony, REALTORS®. "Adwerx gives our sales associates a powerful advertising tool to impress and delight their sellers."

Since 1944, Old Colony has helped families across the region buy and sell homes. With eight offices and close to 200 sales associates, Old Colony strives to achieve complete client satisfaction based on professionalism, expertise, and innovation. Old Colony Sales Associates represent the finest professionals and work as a team to deliver extraordinary services and marketing to buyers and sellers.

"Creating advertising that works for busy real estate professionals is our passion," added Jed Carlson, CEO of Adwerx. "We are excited to work with Old Colony, REALTORS® on rolling out this program to their sales associates."

A recent report from Adwerx and REAL Trends found that brokers and agents can often have differing priorities when it comes to marketing and technology. The report advised that brokers should consider implementing enterprise technology solutions that incorporate both branding and sales goals.
